– Upon completion of the job, the operator shall confirm that the equipment and system meet the operational requirements. Each Lockout Tagout personnel shall personally unlock the Lockout and shall not be replaced by others.
– For the unlocking involving multiple operators, the lock box shall be unlocked uniformly after all operators gather and confirm the number of personnel, individual lock and label is correct. The operator shall confirm and remove the collective lock and label one by one according to the collective locking list.
Special lock for dangerous energy
