Complex locking procedures
When the locking point is greater than or equal to 4 points, the complex locking procedure should be adopted, and the locking steps are as follows:
(1) All the steps are the same as the simple locking procedure, except that when locking the main lock, you don’t use the main lock to master your own lock, but use the group lock. For each lock, the lock points shall be numbered and the Lock List shall be recorded.
(2) When the supervisor completes the group lock, the key of the group lock should be put into the lock box.
(3) Other people who need to lock (who will operate on the device) only need to confirm the locking situation of each group lock on the device. When all the group locks are confirmed to lock effectively, they will lock their own locks on the lock box and hang out on the lock box.
(4) The following issues must be considered during locking and calibration:
The switch system is correctly identified and the correct switch is locked.
All relevant systems shut down.
Personal protective equipment is fully equipped and must be worn before the system is emptied and before system testing.
