Set up authorized personnel ledger for management
On-site Lockout/tagout process review
(1) Evaluate and audit the control points that need to be Lockout/ Tagout process on site.
(2) Responsible for preparing the Lockout/tagout process of equipment on site and sticking the controlled sheet to the control point, and training the process executor.
(3) Responsible for selecting appropriate locks and tags, and purchasing the missing professional locks and tags.
(4) Formulate corrective and preventive actions for the process that does not meet the requirements, and supervise the implementation.
(5) Responsible for the preparation and execution of Lockout Tagout process involved in the construction of the relevant outsourcers.
(6) Responsible for the management of the company’s Lockout Tagout locks and tags, and timely update the damaged locks, tags and lock boxes.
(7) Responsible for the establishment of the company’s listing and locking point ledger management, and review and evaluate at least once a year.
