Lockout Tagout – Unlock (remove locks)
If the lockers are unable to remove the locks themselves, the team leader must:
Notify all relevant personnel
Clear the site, remove all personnel and tools
Evaluate whether it is safe to restart the device
Remove locks and signs
When the locked employee returns, the employee is notified that the lock has been removed

When the work is done
Check that the personnel under his leadership are not working on the equipment
Check working area to ensure cleanliness and safety
Remove locks and signs
Notify the operator that locks and tags have been removed
Operator:
Before restoring the device, ensure that:
Perform visual inspection to ensure no one is working on the equipment
Remove operating locks and identification plates (should be the last remaining locks)
Reconfirm with personnel working on the equipment that the equipment meets the requirements of safe operation
