Basic requirements for energy isolation
To avoid accidental release of hazardous energy or materials stored in equipment, facilities or system areas, all hazardous energy and material isolation facilities should be energy isolation, Lockout tagout and test isolation effect.
Ways of isolating or controlling energy include but are not limited to:
(1) Remove the pipeline and add the blind plate.
(two) double cut valve, open the guide between the double valve.
(3) cut off the power supply or discharge the capacitor.
(4) Exit material and close valve.
(5) Radiation isolation and spacing.
(6) anchoring, locking or blocking.
The following points should be paid attention to:
(1) The work of drawing and adding blind plates shall be carried out according to the blind plate drawing by special personnel, with unified numbers and records.
(2) The personnel in charge of blind plate pumping should be relatively stable.
The operators who add blind plates should carry out safety education and implement safety technical measures.
(3) Measures such as leakage prevention, fire prevention, poisoning prevention, slip prevention and fall prevention shall be considered when pumping and adding blind plates.
(4) When removing the flange bolts, loosen them slowly in the diagonal direction to prevent the excess pressure or residual materials in the pipeline from spouting out; The position of the blind plate should be in the rear flange of the incoming valve. Gaskets should be added on both sides of the blind plate and bolted.
(5) The blind plate and gasket shall have a certain strength, the material and thickness shall meet the technical requirements, and the blind plate shall have a handle and be marked at an obvious place.
