2. Equipment maintenance must be implemented Lockout tagout system (do not use telephone contact). 3. Equipment installation and maintenance personnel shall strictly abide by the safe operation rules of each type of work; The workshop shall confirm the person responsible for equipment maintenance and stop the power transmission operation electrician; The person responsible for maintenance fills in the Contact Form for Power outage, and the electrician for power outage operation issues and collects power outage plates. The first or second operation ticket is also required for the maintenance and inspection of power supply and distribution in the distribution room and distribution point, the switching operation, and the reverse circuit cutting.
4.Lockout tagout Procedure:
4.1 The person responsible for maintenance shall go to the distribution room to get and fill in the power failure plate, and fill in the Contact List of Power Interruption.
4.2 Before maintenance, the maintenance person shall hang the first power failure plate at the site emergency stop button, send the second power failure plate to the dispatching laboratory workshop (signed by the dispatcher on duty), and send the third power failure plate and the “Power Stop and Transmission Contact Sheet” signed by all units to the power stop and transmission operation electrician. If other units are involved, a fourth power outage plate is required and signed by the duty officer.
4.3 Power Outage operation: The power outage operation electrician will store the Power Outage Contact List in the distribution room and distribution point for filing and record. The power outage operation electrician will hang the third power outage plate (signed by the person responsible for maintenance, signed by the dispatcher on duty, signed by the power outage operation electrician, and signed by the duty director of other units) on the power outage switch handle. Then power off and pull out the drawer.
4.4 Power transmission operation: the person in charge of maintenance shall collect the first and second power failure plates and send them to the power failure operation electrician in the distribution room, who shall fill in the power transmission record; Then pick the third power failure plate, resume the power supply.
