Collective locking is a better way to perform locking when the following states exist
Many workers are involved in the operation
Many aspects of
Locking requires a lot of locking
In collective locking, a series of locks in the collective locking box are used to lock all energy isolation points. Use the same key for all group locks.

Once the power isolation point is locked

The collective lock key is placed in the collective lock box
Mainly authorize the staff to fill in the sign that the preparation work of locking has been completed and the locked mark
The above two signs and the main authorized employee’s personal lock are all hung in the control position of the collective lock box
After all other workers (authorized employees) confirm all locks, lock their individual locks on the collective lock box.
No one is allowed to remove energy isolation devices until all personnel remove individual locks from the collective lockers.

Tag out
If energy isolation points cannot be locked, use tag out.
Tag out Indicates danger/Forbidden operation /tag out, red, and hang stably.
Other locking procedures must be followed.
The tag out location must be marked on the Hazard isolation sheet.
A tag out program must provide the same security requirements as a locked program, and additional security measures may be required to ensure the same security requirements as a locked program.
