In order to strengthen the energy isolation management and ensure the safety of construction operations, workshop 1 made plans, organized all teams to learn the relevant contents of the Energy isolation Management Regulations, and carried out energy isolation accident warning education.

Combined with the activities of “great learning, great inspection and Great reflection” carried out by the Group, all groups in the workshop learned and deeply learned lessons from the “11.30″ accident and previous energy isolation accident cases, and discussed the experience and suggestions on energy isolation in the inspection, maintenance and construction of the unit. The deficiencies and loopholes in the workshop’s inspection and maintenance operations were further sorted out. By strengthening the implementation of safety protection measures at the plant operation site, special operations such as pipeline opening, locking and hanging labels and energy isolation management specifications were strictly implemented.

Workshop leaders participate in team discussions on time, make full use of daily pre-shift and post-shift meetings, remind employees to pay attention to energy isolation, standardize operation and maintenance, achieve “six eliminate”, improve device management level, optimize device operation, and make a good start for the company’s safe production in the New Year.
