Training objectives

Company HSE system documents (management manual, procedure document, record form), etc.
2. System management tool training
Specific content: safety observation and communication; Process safety analysis; Risk and operability study; Work safety analysis; Performance management; Territorial management; Visual management; Event management; Lockout tagout; Work permit; Failure mode influence analysis; Safety check before startup; Contractor’s HSE management; Internal audit, etc.
3, internal auditor training
Specific content: audit skills; Auditor literacy; Review relevant standards, etc.
