1. Rotary kiln operation

Observation door (cover) of rotary kiln head is intact, platform guardrail and sealing device are intact without falling off.

The rotary kiln barrel body has no obstruction and collision objects, the manhole door is fixed firmly, and the cooling device of the barrel body is intact.

The system interlock and control are intact.

All rotating parts of the protective device intact, open gear and other transmission parts should be set up protective cover.

The pulverized coal conveying pipeline is intact without leakage; The burner is intact without leakage, and the adjusting mechanism is flexible and easy to use.

Check regularly whether the auxiliary drive diesel generator is normal.

For equipment and pipelines with surface temperature over 50℃, set up isolation guardrail and other protective measures in the position where people are easily accessible.

The wheel belt plate lubrication, to stand outside the passive wheel.

When checking the supporting wheel tile, do not put your hand into the observation hole on the side of the oil spoon.

2. Rotary kiln maintenance and overhaul

Must be in accordance with the provisions of wearing labor protection supplies, for equipment power outage and dangerous work applications, strictly implement the provisions of “ventilation first, then testing, after the operation”.

Contact with the central control, confirm that there is no blocked material in the cyclone tube of preheater at all levels, lock and turn the C4 and C5 plate valves to carry out energy isolation, prohibit kiln rotation, and hang up the “do not close” warning sign.

Before entering the kiln, it must be confirmed that the gas temperature in the smoke room at the end of the kiln is lower than 50℃. It is forbidden to enter the kiln when the situation is unknown.

when entering the kiln, 12V safety lighting must be used to check the temperature in the kiln and whether the refractory brick and kiln skin are loose and protruding. If hidden dangers are found, they should be handled in time.

Safety monitoring personnel must be on duty during kiln operation.

The guardrail of kiln entrance passage must be in good condition, and the scaffolding in kiln must meet the specifications.

Stop kiln maintenance should have the corresponding safety plan, and strictly execute, cross operation should take effective protective measures.

Rings must wear labor protection equipment and mechanical cleaning.

The working tools and instruments for entering the kiln must be in good condition, and the roof of the sliding truck and excavator must be in good condition.

After work, ensure that there is no one and no missing tools and equipment and close the kiln door.
