In China, there is no federal regulation issued like OSHA1910.147, but the requirement for Lockout tagout LOTO is clearly stated in many Chinese administrative regulations and national standards. Different regulations and standards involve provisions similar to Lockout Tagout LOTO, including hazardous energy control, safety procedures for equipment maintenance and repair, etc. In 2017, GBT33579 recommended standard for lock labeling was issued.
