Lockout Tagout Kits keep all of the necessary devices handy which are required to comply with OSHA 1910.147. Comprahensive LOTO Kits are available for electrical, valve, and general lockout tagout applications.

The LOTO Kits are specifically manufactured from rugged, long-lasting materials. The devices are supplied with  polycarbonate plastic case or the nylon pouch which is handy to carry around and makes sure all the necessary Lockout Devices are stored securely.

Some of our Personal Lockout Kits come equipped with keyed alike padlocks, allowing all the locks in a kit to be opened with a single key. This simplifies key management and ensures that employees can quickly and easily find the right key.

The different types of Lockout Kits usually available are:

a) Electrical Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Kits: These LOTO Kits are supplied with the Lockout Devices which are most frequently used to isolate the electrical energy points like Circuit Breakers, Electric Plugs, Switches, Push Button Lockouts, Panel Board Handles, etc..

b) Mechanical Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Kits: These LOTO kits are equipped with the Lockout Devices used to isolate mechanical energy from Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Ball Valves, etc…

c) Personal Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Kits: The personal LOTO kits are mostly designed for individuals. These kits are usually handy to carry and include Lockout Devices which are most frequently used by an individual. These kits are usually designed for Electrical and Mechanical isolation and includes personal Lockout Padlocks.

d) Combo Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Kits: Combination LOTO kits are designed to help employees perform energy isolation of various Electrical and Mechanical energy sources. These Lockout Kits are normally customised as per the employees requirements so that they can have all the necessary LOTO equipments in one place which helps them accomplish their LOTO programs more effectively.
