1. The engineering maintenance personnel must strictly follow the Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedure during each equipment maintenance, repair, transformation and debugging, because it is possible to have unexpected start-up and energy connection

2. After seeing the Lockout tagout mark, the relevant person in charge of the equipment and the staff of the accessories should not start the equipment and turn on the energy without permission for any reason.

3. Auxiliary equipment related to maintenance equipment should not be opened until the maintenance is completed (for example: QA water leakage problem)

4. Other possible hazards must be considered before Lockout tagout and the effects must be communicated to those who may be affected.

5. After the completion of maintenance, repair, modification and debugging, the relevant safety facilities should be completely reset (for example: mechanical guard; Operation instructions)
