1. Lock marking requirements
First of all, it must be durable, the lock and the sign plate should be able to withstand the environment used; Secondly, to be firm, the lock and sign should be strong enough to ensure that without the use of external forces can not be removed; It should also be recognisable. A badge should be attached to the lock, indicating the name of the owner and the work being performed; Finally, there should be uniqueness. Each lock should be equipped with only one key. The key should not be copied and others should not arbitrarily remove the lock.
2.Lockout tagout Work order requirements
In the same electrical room, if several devices execute Lockout tagout program at the same time, an electrical equipment Lockout tagout work order can be filled in. The equipment code and name can be attached with a page of equipment table requiring Lockout tagout. If the Lockout tagout procedure needs to be performed on the equipment in different electrical rooms at the same time, each electrical room shall fill out a Lockout tagout work order for electrical equipment. Each program should be signed by a debugger and an electrical unlock operator.
A signature is also required to re-lock the unlock after the test is completed. This work order shall be stored in the electrical room after the unlocking and locking procedure is performed. After the work is finished, the work order shall be locked and unlocked in the electrical room.
3. Electrical control requirements
When the transformer is not in operation, the door of the transformer room and MCC room should be closed and locked. Before transformer power supply, the main circuit breakers of each incoming cabinet and feed cabinet in the MCC room should be locked in the off position. The circuit breakers of all motors should be in the test position or the off position. Power supply to the transformer is allowed only after the transformer power supply license is signed.
Before the joint test run, you should have the work permit and sign on the register of the distribution room. The technicians of the distribution room, the site and the central control room communicate through the intercom, and can only open the lock of the motor to be used, and then start the motor.
After testing, debug the motor control loop switch to the test position and lock it. When maintaining or adjusting electrical appliances or equipment during the test run, the work permit shall be submitted, and the operator shall disconnect the control loop of the operating box beside the machine and lock it. After the maintenance or adjustment work is completed, the operator shall unlock it.
During the no-load test period, the following circuits shall be locked and controlled before the incoming line cabinet sends power:
Main loop of inlet cabinet and feedback electric cabinet. Transmission procedure: pre-transmission permit, sign on the distribution room register, remove padlock, and close circuit breakers on incoming and feed cabinets.
Strict compliance with the Lockout tagout system can effectively reduce personnel injury and enterprise losses, so we should pay enough attention to the management and consciousness, seriously learn and implement the Lockout tagout principle, procedures, ways and matters for attention, and truly achieve safe production.
