LOTO- How to become an authorized person
All authorized personnel must attend training and pass examinations.
All authorized personnel must be verified on the spot by him or his supervisor (the supervisor is the qualified authorized person who has passed the examination) that the nine steps of LOTO operation are correct and documented.

Do not open or damage LOTO facilities;
Ask your supervisor for help if you have a problem
