1. Before intervening in the mechanical equipment, be sure to use the normal stop button to stop the machine (rather than emergency stop or safety chain door bar), and make sure that the equipment has stopped completely;

2. In mode 2 operation (the whole body enters the safety cover), measures such as keys and bolts must be adopted to prevent accidental closure of the safety chain;

3. Mode 3 job (involving disassembly), must, must, must Lockout tagout (LOTO);

4. Mode 4 operations (with hazardous power sources, which in Dashan’s current situation requires uninterrupted access of equipment) require PTW unless you are exempted.

● Unguarded danger points should be beyond the range of human contact, i.e., at a height of at least 2.7m and without a foothold
● The safety fence should be at least 1.6m high without a foothold
