LOTO & Mechanical Protection
From November 29 to December 5, L team invited HSE team to conduct the line level “LOTO & Mechanical Protection” minesweeper to further improve staff’s understanding of LOTO and mechanical protection, while each SG Lead conducted its own review and update of regional LOTO and mechanical protection.

L Conducted on-site inspections with HSE team, combined the actual production requirements with HSE standards, and formulated the molding machinery protection improvement plan.
Later, Line HSE Lead Xi Maoxu organized the training of “LOTO & Mechanical Protection” knowledge refresher at the Line level. During the training, we reviewed the standard LOTO procedures and common cases of LOTO irregularities. In the aspect of mechanical protection, it mainly inspects the staff’s understanding and usage of red, yellow and green protective covers, and consolifies knowledge points with training courseware.
