The entrusting party shall make written safety disclosure to the maintenance party
When maintenance projects are concentrated, hazard identification, measure formulation and plan preparation can be carried out in advance according to the actual situation on site. However, before the maintenance begins, it should be confirmed and re-disclosed according to the situation of hazard source re-identification, and signed after double confirmation, and the date of disclosure and the date of construction must be consistent.

The client and the maintenance party should strengthen the identification of dynamic hazard sources
The entrusting party shall pay attention to the changes in the operating environment and inform them in time, and the maintenance party shall pay attention to the new hazard sources brought by the changes in the working process. The identified dynamic hazard sources and countermeasures shall be added to the corresponding column of the safety technology disclosure book in time.

Implement daily safety disclosure
If the maintenance project has a time span of more than one day, daily safety disclosure must be implemented, re-identification and re-confirmation of hazard sources and countermeasures should be strengthened, and the entruster and the construction party (all operators) should sign for confirmation.

Do what you write and write what you do
The description of hazard sources and countermeasures in safety disclosure, to be easy to understand, must correspond with the actual situation one by one, to ensure that “do what you write, write what you do”, safety confirmation items must be signed after all measures (except phased measures) are completed
