High temperature and undercooling: If there is a high temperature or undercooling area on the device, the device must be restored to normal temperature before maintenance to prevent burns or frostbite.
No special tools do not repair: When repairing and disassembling the equipment, use the original special tools to prevent damage to the equipment or the tools from flying out. When removing the nozzle of injection molding machine, use your own tools. It is strictly forbidden to install a sleeve on the tool or remove it by driving.
Wear personal protective equipment correctly before operation. Shoulder-length hair and braids must be covered into the working hat. Gloves, scarves and aprons are not allowed to be worn in operations that may be crushed by transmission machinery, and decorations are not allowed to be worn around the neck. High-heeled shoes and slippers are not allowed to be worn shirtless in production sites.
When operating mechanical equipment that may harm the human body, check whether the safety protection devices are complete and reliable. Otherwise, no operation is allowed.
Do not disassemble or move all kinds of safety protection devices, safety signal devices, protective fences, warning signs, etc.
When repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, the power supply must be cut off and the warning sign “No power supply while repairing” should be hung. Before closing, check carefully to confirm that no maintenance before quasi closing.
