1. After the inspection and maintenance operation is finished, the person in charge of inspection and maintenance shall inspect the maintenance site, confirm that all the personnel involved in the maintenance shall withdraw from the maintenance site, and the maintenance safety measures shall be restored. The maintenance personnel shall first remove their personal locks, and the person in charge of inspection and maintenance shall take the collective lock key and stop work ticket to the mechanical and electrical workshop for the transmission ticket.
2. The electrical operator and the person in charge of maintenance must carefully check the maintenance site to ensure that there are no safety risks, all safety protection facilities have been restored, and unlock the device after meeting the conditions.
3. Confirm the information and unlock the device. After the device is unlocked, the electrical operator will disconnect the device and power on the device.
Outage contractor construction safety locking procedures
The outsourcing unit shall be led by the workshop maintenance guardian to the mechanical and electrical workshop to apply for power failure work ticket and get the collective lock for locking. After locking, the key is kept by the maintenance person in charge of the outsourced unit.
External construction security unlock program
1. After the inspection and maintenance, the person in charge of external inspection and maintenance and the guardian of the workshop shall inspect the maintenance site, confirm that all the personnel involved in the maintenance shall leave the maintenance site and the safety measures shall be restored. The person in charge of external inspection and maintenance and the guardian of the workshop shall take the collective lock key and the power failure ticket to the mechanical and electrical workshop for the transmission ticket.
2.The electrical operator, the workshop guardian, and the person in charge of outsourced maintenance must carefully check the maintenance site to ensure that there are no safety risks, all safety protection facilities have been restored, and after meeting the unlock conditions, the three parties shall jointly unlock the maintenance equipment at the isolation point.
3.After the unlock is complete, the electrical operator will delist and deliver power.
