The platform around the preheater is strictly prohibited to pile up flammable and explosive items.
When cleaning the skin of the kiln tail preheater system and blocking the operation site, emergency facilities such as showers and eye washers should be installed.
The illumination of the operation site meets the requirements.
Put up the on-site emergency disposal plan and equip the nearest emergency supplies.
Set up safety warning signs such as “Beware of high surface temperature” and “No throwing from high altitude”. Set up high risk warning boards.
2. Preheater plugging operation
Before the plugging operation, the application for dangerous operation must be handled, the plugging plan and emergency plan of preheater must be formulated, and the site shall be supervised by special personnel.
Operators should wear fireproof and heat insulation special labor protection supplies, check the corresponding operating tools, to ensure safe use.
Confirm with the central control, maintain the negative pressure of the system, perform energy isolation, close the air gun inlet valve and lock, empty the air gun internal air source, hang “no operation” warning sign.
Isolation facilities and warning marks shall be set at the entrance of grate cooler and inclined zipper pit to prohibit personnel from working.
During the operation must follow the principle from bottom to top, it is forbidden to porous at the same time cleaning; When using high pressure gas cleaning, it is necessary to ensure that the cleaning pipe penetrates through the material layer to prevent material spraying. Special personnel control the high pressure gas valve.
The plugging operation personnel should stand in the upper air outlet, should be side to the cleaning hole, to prevent the material collapse, spray caused by burns; When using high-pressure water gun to clear the blockage, the relevant safety operation procedures must be strictly followed, and the escape route should be clear and unblocked.
In the process of cleaning the site each layer platform and preheater to set up around the warning range, to prevent raw powder spew wounding, raw powder spew may touch the cable and equipment to take protective measures.
When dealing with the jam of decomposer, the field personnel need to cut off the power supply, such as the use of air cannon, must lock the cover of the observation door and plugging.

3. Enter the preheater for maintenance
Application for dangerous operations must be handled, on-site special supervision, strictly implement the provisions of “ventilation first, then detection, then operation”.
Operators should wear labor protection articles, check the corresponding operating tools, to ensure safe use.
