Process Isolation procedure – Trial transhipment approval 1
Some operations require a trial transfer of equipment before completion or return to normal, in which case a trial transfer request must be made.
Trial transport requires removal or partial removal of the isolation implemented.
Trial transhipment will be approved by the licensor. The issuer will check and sign the permit and the quarantine certificate in the respective places.
After reviewing the isolation with the isolator, the licensor authorizes the isolator to remove the necessary isolation. The quarantine can only be removed after authorization and a quarantine certificate has been signed.

It is the responsibility of the licensor to notify persons in the test area who may be affected or, if necessary, to temporarily terminate the permit for potentially affected operations.
The license executor is responsible for taking temporary safety precautions, such as placing barriers and warnings around unguarded equipment.
The permit issuer shall sign the “Temporary Removal of isolation” column in the “Instructions” column in the “Temporary removal of isolation” column on the quarantine certificate, and the isolator shall sign the date and time of the removal of isolation in the “Temporary removal of isolation” column.

Authorization to begin testing is granted when the isolator removes the isolation by clicking the ball and presents the isolation certificate to the licensor.
After the test is complete, if work on the license needs to continue, the removed quarantine needs to be restored to the quarantine state.
If the quarantine is to be resumed, the permit issuer shall sign in the appropriate “Instructions” column and the isolator shall sign in the “Re-quarantine” column the date and time of the resumption.
