Safety lock usage principles
Who can move the safety lock
Safety locks on individual or group lock boxes may only be removed by the lock himself or by another person in the presence of the lock himself. If I am not in the factory, the safety locks and labels may only be removed with the verbal or written consent of the lock himself or with the approval of his superior.
Temporary boot device?
Remove unwanted tools from the work area and ensure everyone is removed from equipment
Remove the Lockout tagout and restore power to the system
Once the energy is no longer needed, the equipment should be sequestered and re-lockou, tagout, and tested again for confirmation

Abnormal unlock
If the owner of the lock is not present and the “Danger Do not Operate” label or personal safety lock needs to be removed, one of the following two procedures must be completed:
1. Contact and obtain approval from the owner of the lock;
2. Contact the supervisors of the production unit and the construction unit and notify them of:
Know the reason for locking
Know your current work status
The relevant equipment has been checked
Make sure it is safe to touch the tag and lock
Only with permission to remove the lock or break the lock
