Safety management requirements for equipment maintenance operations
1. Safety requirements before equipment maintenance
For the electrical power supply on the maintenance equipment, reliable power off measures should be taken. After confirming that there is no power, set a safety warning sign of “Do not start” or add safety padlock at the power switch.
Check the gas protection used in maintenance operation and ensure it is in good condition.

2. Safety requirements for equipment maintenance
In the case of multi-work and multi-level cross operation, unified coordination shall be taken and corresponding protective measures shall be taken.
For maintenance work at night and in special weather, special personnel shall be arranged for safety monitoring.
When the production device is abnormal and may endanger the safety of maintenance personnel, the equipment using unit should immediately notify maintenance personnel to stop operation and evacuate the operation site quickly. The maintenance personnel can resume the operation only after the abnormal situation is eliminated and the safety is confirmed.

3. Safety requirements after maintenance work is completed
The operation person in charge shall, together with the personnel of the unit where the equipment is located, test the pressure and leakage of the equipment, adjust the safety valve, instrument and interlocking device, and make handover records. Close the Operation Certificate only after the equipment is restored to normal production status.

Coordinate and implement maintenance operation safety measures;
Organize on-site safety disclosure and safety training for operators;
Organize and implement inspection and maintenance work;
Responsible for the effectiveness and reliability of operation safety measures;
After the completion of the operation, organize the inspection of the site, confirm that there is no hidden danger before leaving the site;
Ensure that the site condition is back to normal and close the Operation certificate.
