Adapt to the safety requirements of production enterprises
China is a big manufacturing country, and the daily inspection and maintenance tasks of production enterprises are heavy. Lockout tagout is an important means to cut off energy and ensure the safety of operation. Due to the weak safety management of the traditional Lockout tagout operation process, the operation process still has great safety risks. About 250,000 Lockout tagout-related accidents occur each year, resulting in 2,000 deaths and 60,000 injuries.
The following steps must be strictly followed when executing the Lockout/ Tagout program. Before maintenance, the work leader or its authorized personnel should fill in the “Lockout Tagout Work sheet” in duplicate and sign by the relevant personnel of production position, electrical isolation and control room of each workshop. After signing, one copy should be handed over to the person in charge of each workshop, the other copy should be padlocked and filed by the padlock department, and the electrician on duty should be responsible for the locking of electrical appliances.

Ensure that all safety devices (safety switches, gratings, inching devices, safety interlocks) perform their safety functions in accordance with the required safety performance.
