How the accident happened:
When Yang, an injection molding machine operator, plays a piece, he is dissatisfied with the mold, and finds an artisan, Zhao, who judges that the nozzle of the equipment is blocked, and tells Yang to unload the nozzle. According to the regulations: the disassembly nozzle must turn off the general power supply and be operated by professional maintenance workers; When the general power supply was not turned off as required, Yang removed the heating ring by himself. As a result, the pipe clamp touched the coil power cord and Yang fell to the ground with electric shock. The rescue was invalid.
Cause of accident:
1. The main cause of this accident is that the technician illegally directs the operator Yang to unload the nozzle and fails to monitor the operator at the operation site.
2. Yang, the equipment operator, disassembled live parts of the equipment without power failure, which was the direct cause of the accident;
Responsibility for Accident:
