In the above activities, it is limited by the need to constantly adjust to find the problem/find the best combination point, which makes it impossible to implement LOTO effectively, or the cost of implementing LOTO is very high (production efficiency, best situation, etc.).
At this time, the risk is that the upper body, hands and head of the maintenance/mold adjustment/mold change personnel are directly exposed to the risk to varying degrees, and the level is III ~II, or even higher!

Die change: move the die to the stamping part outside the die change operation;
Use of security module:
Upper and lower die punching safety lock;
Mold adjustment and maintenance:
Implement LOTO for operating platform/hydraulic system;
Safety modules are used between upper and lower die punches;
