f) Lockey group box is a wall-mountable and portable lock box that features a quick release internal slide button that allows the lock box to be carried to the point of need.

h) Each employee retains exclusive control, as required by OSHA, by placing his own lock on the lock box containing the keys to the job locks.
i) As long as any one worker’s lock remains on the lock box, the keys to the job locks contained inside cannot be accessed.

The locking of multiple isolation points is implemented in the following order:
1. The project leader of the local unit locks and hangs labels on all isolation points with collective cables.
2. Put the key of the collective lock into the lock box, and the key number should correspond to the safety lock on site.
3. The project leader of the local unit and the personnel of each operation site of the operation unit shall lock the lock box with personal locks.
4. The person in charge of the site of the operation unit should ensure that the staff at each operation point should lock the collective lock box.
5. The issuer of the work permit of the local unit must check and confirm the locking point in person before issuing the relevant work permit.
6. The operator of the local unit must verify that the above procedures have been effectively observed and implemented before issuing the operation permit.
Steps for energy isolation
Work handover:
1. When the work is not completed during the shift, collective lock, individual lock and “Danger! The “No Operation” label cannot be touched. The successor must first lock the collective lock box with his personal lock before the shift can remove his personal lock.
2. When the person in charge of the operation of the subordinate unit or the person in charge of the construction unit takes over the shift, the person in charge of the replacement shall bear the responsibility of locking. Ongoing locking procedures should be checked and the energy isolation list re-checked when the shift is over.
